Sports Performance Test

Our sports performance test is what you need if you want to optimise your athletic performance through specific monitoring of nutrition, hormone and stress levels, providing an insight to prevent injury and overtraining.

Your heart pumps out nearly 5.6 litres of blood every minute when you are running or cycling, and assessing your overall hearth health will be the cornerstone of our analysis, alongside your iron status, nutritional health, inflammation, hormonal balance, muscle, joint and bone health.

As a complement to our sports performance test we also recommend our body composition analysis.
